Recently Int'l Falls held its annual Christmas Parade. Local Lodge W-33 won first place honors in their category. Following the parade an ALL UNION CHRISTMAS PARTY was held at the Bob Walls Memorial Union Hall which is the home of IAM Lodge W-33. Over 500 union members, spouses and guests attended.  Union members raised over $ 900.00 for the Int’l Falls Hunger Coalition and The Angel Tree. Drawings for over a hundred gifts were made throughout the evening all of which were donated by area local merchants. Special thanks are given to Super One Grocery Store which donated the food for all the attendees. The generosity and willingness of the local merchants to donate to this event year in and year out makes it very evident that they too know and reap the benefits of having unionized workers throughout the Int'l Falls community.
